I've upgraded the model, changed the main body entirely with a new model, adjuted the armor to fit with new body, and changed the material entirely. I tried to upgrade the scene for more brighter light level, enabling the viewer to see the model clearly

I've seen some people think this is Kamen Rider Zwei, the cancelled design of W. I assure you this is NEITHER Zwei nor any official rider. This is my original rider. Born based on other official rider but the concept is originally mine. It's also made in Indonesia, not in Japan.

Now this updated image contains four secret message, well... three actually, the other one is my hand signature, and I wrote one of the secret message in Indonesian language, and again with handwriting (not typed with keyboard) to assure anyone enough that this is not official rider and it's made in Indonesia.

Original Rider: Kamen Rider Hyougiin 「仮面ライダー評議員」

Design based on Kamen Rider Kuuga Ultimate, Kamen Rider Agito Ground form, Kamen Rider Chalice, and G3-X. Real pain when modeling the head... and the fingers. One week +1 day modeling time, effective 4 days, more or less.

The background story about this rider:

In the universe of Kamen Riders, everytime evil or injustice plagues upon humanity, at least one chosen soldier will emerge to defend them, because normal human doesn't have the power they need to fight those evil. Yes, most kamen riders are not a normal human. Mostly they are created by the evil themselves, in form of artificial human being, or previously human that has been altered and reconstructed into battle machines, but before their human consciousness was erased, they escaped and fought back. Later, there are certain equipments that enables normal person to become Kamen Rider without alteration to the body itself (some to mention: Delta, Blade, Kabuto, G3-X, etc.) and this infamous new rider Hyougiin, is also the same kind of rider that uses equipment to grant power for its user.

Hyougiin was a rider who lives in the Darkest side of the Kamen Riders' legends, because of the tragedy this rider caused, most people shut their mouth and tell no tales of this rider... but not everyone.

There was a time when True justice was replaced by Human Justice, where the law was corrupted by money and power, where righteous people was crushed by rich and/or powerful people, and not only that, the law enforcement authorities like police has been corrupted as well, and they would rather supporting rich and powerful people more than fighting for true justice.

When authorities fails to preserve justice by any means, once again a chosen soldier will emerge. Backed up by mysterious organization that funded the research & development of the rider system, this Rider, code name Hyougiin Justice has given the mission to protect humanity once again, just like the other kamen riders before him. However one thing will be different, Kamen Riders Hissatsu Attack (Ultimate attack), Rider punch and Rider kick, this time will not be used on monsters, but on humans. Because he is protecting humanity from other humans, in other word, to save humans, he needs to destroy other humans.
